Ethiopian Environment and Forest Research Institute – #EEFRI has received the first batch of equipment (Wood Processing Technologies/tools) from the Swedish government through the #SIDA support program of “Institutional Strengthening for Catalysing Forest Sector Development Project in Ethiopia”. The project is currently implemented in collaboration with the #SLU, #EFCCC, #CIFOR and #WGCF-NR.
The tools will enable us to renovate and modernize one of our research centers, namely Forest Resources Utilization, Innovation Research and Training Center (the then Wood Technology Research Center).
